Dongguan Xingzewei Company organized an outdoor expansion team building activity in Xiaoyao Valley on April 21, 2023.

The Xiaoyao Valley Ecological Park is located in the quiet mountains and fields of Xiniupo Village, Dalang Town, Dongguan City, with fresh air and beautiful scenery.

Enter the Xiaoyao Valley Ecological Park, have a conversation with your own soul, and have a date with your own eyes.

Lawn, sunshine, bird talk, and floral fragrance, releasing the soul and soothing emotions. Looking at the green mountains, green water, blue sky, clouds, and basking in the sun, there is no need to think about various troubles in life, everything is slowly passing unnoticed.

The music sounded, and we danced to the coach's beat. The joyful ice breaking fitness dance focused everyone's attention, allowing everyone to relax and integrate into the rhythm, feeling a joyful atmosphere together.

Project (1) "Team Formation"

After the joyful dance, the team building activity officially began - each team was naming their own team, selecting team songs, and finally showcasing their team style on stage.

Project (2) "Hundred People War Drum"

In the "Hundred People Battle Drum" activity, everyone collaborates with each other, communicates and cooperates seriously, and through step by step drills and summarizing experiences, continuously breaks previous records and challenges themselves during the activity.

It is easy for one person to hit the ball, but difficult for a group of people to hit the ball, because each person has their own ideas and needs to learn to communicate, cooperate with others, and try different methods. We realize that experience is accumulated through practice.

No one is inherently advanced, they are all constantly comprehending, experiencing, and learning through practice. Without doing, there will never be growth.

Project (III) Dragon Boating

We sat on inflatable dragon boats of different colors, and each team was full of passion and ready to go. Amidst the cheers and cheers of our teammates, we worked together, kept pace, and pushed forward!

Project (4) "Power Circle"

The power circle is a necessary activity for team building, which can cultivate mutual trust within the team, enhance students' courage to challenge themselves, promote team spirit, help each other, and understand the importance of reasonably breaking through instincts through challenges,

The value of formulating and ensuring a perception system for completing tasks.

In the morning, we exercise ourselves in games to make ourselves full of vitality. At noon, we have a leisure and relaxation time, which is also the most interesting part of this activity. The food feast has kicked off!

Project (5) "Culinary Competition"

A culinary competition begins. We divided ourselves into small groups, and the farm staff helped distribute the ingredients and seasonings. The team members worked together to wash and cut vegetables, stir fry vegetables, and make various flavors of firewood and farmhouse dishes.

Delicious cuisine never fails the spring light.

The day of group building activities quickly came to an end, and everyone had a pleasant and unforgettable time. Through various challenging projects, we enhanced communication and cooperation with each other, understood that "there is no perfect individual, only a perfect team", learned to empathize, and understood that only by integrating individuals into the group can we better achieve group goals. I believe that everyone will apply the gains of this time to their subsequent work.
